Blackburn and Darwen's business community got an exclusive preview of a new restaurant on July 30.
CDJ Riverside in Lower Darwen was formerly Uncle Jack's pub before being renovated into a European bar and kitchen.
Chef Dan Jolley and his business partners, Mark Holden and Michael Anderson, serve 'tapas with attitude', steaks, and traditional family-style Sunday roasts.
Mr Jolley and his team hosted a Supper Club event for the Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone — a charity supported by the town's business community.
Guests got a sneak peek of the bar and restaurant, while also enjoying a range of canapés inspired by the restaurant's menu.
Chair of Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone, Wayne Wild, said: "We were thrilled to get a preview of Dan’s exciting new venue, where our patrons connected with each other and received updates on the latest impact from Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone.
"Our Supper Clubs aim to unite business leaders who are members of the patron network.
"We currently have a growing network of 74 patrons who all share the belief in supporting the next generation of young people."
Mr Jolley isn't a newbie in the culinary world, having sharpened his skills in top-notch restaurants in London and Paris.
This was followed by his career as a private chef catering for Premier League footballers, including Mo Salah, Mason Mount, and Marcus Rashford.
CDJ Riverside offers both a laid-back bar area for casual dining and a spacious new restaurant.
The menu features authentic Iberian dishes spotlighting fresh seafood and a bold take on modern British cuisine.
Signature dishes include egg yolk ravioli, barbecue beetroot salad, and clotted cream cheesecake.
A separate steak menu is available on Thursdays and guests can look forward to traditional family feast-style Sunday roasts.
Reservations at CDJ Riverside can now be made online on their website.
