An off-road bike has been seized by police in Accrington.
The bike was seized today (August 1) in Bertha Street, in the Barnfield Ward. Officers said they are aware of issues with off-road bikes in the area and will “work with residents” to address concerns.
Officers said anti-social behaviour can be “extremely dangerous”.
A police spokesperson said: “An off-road bike was seized today on Bertha Street in the Barnfield Ward of Accrington by Neighbourhood Officers at lunchtime today under section 59.
“We are aware of the issues in the area and will continue to work with residents and our community to address these concerns were possible.
“Rest assured any information provided is appreciated and followed up as this is anti-social behaviour and extremely dangerous.”
