Traffic is building on the M55, near Blackleach, after a vehicle fire.
According to AA Traffic and Travel, one lane is closed on the M55 westbound, at junction 2, Edith Rigby Way. This is due to a vehicle fire.
Traffic is building in the area, with severe delays of 45 minutes and building. The average speed on the road is 5mph.
Police have been approached for more details.
A spokesperson for AA Traffic and Travel said: “Vehicle fire, queueing traffic, lanes closed
“Queueing traffic and one lane closed due to vehicle fire on M55 Westbound, at junction two, A582 Edith Rigby Way.
“Severe delays of 45 minutes and delays easing on M55 eastbound between junction three, A585 Fleetwood Road (Kirkham) and junction on, Broughton Interchange (Fulwood). Average speed five mph.”
