A motorcycle rider crashed into a person in Blackburn today (July 29).
According to police, the illegal motorcycle was ‘driven at speed’ through the pedestrian area outside Blackburn Bus Station.
The rider crashed into a member of the public and came off his bike. Police say no serious injuries have been reported.
The bike has been seized and enquiries are ongoing to identify the rider.
A police spokesperson said: “This afternoon the male rider of this illegal motorcycle has driven at speed through the pedestrian area outside Blackburn Bus Station.
“The rider has collided with a member of the public and has come off his bike.
"Through good luck alone this has not resulted in any serious injuries and the bike has been seized. Enquiries are ongoing to trace and identify the rider.”
