A man has been given a community order after racially abusing a staff member at a library.
Jack Sims, 30, abused a security officer at Manchester Central Library.
Sims' last known address was Skye Crescent in Blackburn, court records show.
He was given a 12-month community order with 15 rehabilitation activity days.
Sims was also ordered to pay the officer £100 compensation and £85 prosecution costs.
