A Blackburn man has appeared in court charged with a range of drugs offences.

Alex Tattersall Derbyshire, 26, appeared in the dock at Preston Crown Court last week (July 17) charged with four offences.

They were conspiracy to supply cocaine; conspiracy to supply ketamine; conceal/disguise/convert/transfer/remove criminal property; and conspiracy to supply cannabis.

Tattersall Derbyshire, of Woodbury Avenue, entered not guilty pleas to all counts.

The alleged offending took place between July 2019 and May of this year.

A trial date was set for November 18 and is expected to last three weeks, while a pre-trial review was scheduled for September 23.

He was remanded in custody.
