A man will face a trial next year after denying that he intentionally strangled a woman.
Ashley Getty, 33, appeared in court on Wednesday, July 17, facing one count of intentional strangulation.
Getty, of Dean Street, Padiham, entered a not guilty plea.
The alleged offence happened on October 30 of last year in Padiham.
Getty will next be in court on March 12, 2025 for a pre-trial review ahead of a trial scheduled for May 1, 2025, which is expected to last two days.
He was granted conditional bail.
