A man has pleaded not guilty to three driving offences including dangerous driving.
Wayne Russell, 45, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Thursday (July 11).
Russell, of Whalley Old Road, Blackburn, entered not guilty pleas to charges of dangerous driving, taking a motor vehicle without consent, and driving whilst disqualified.
The alleged dangerous driving offence is said to have happened in a Seat Cupra in both Accrington and Blackburn.
A trial date was set for September 9, 2025, with a pre-trial review to take place on July 15, 2025.
The trial is expected to last two days.
Russell will remain on unconditional bail.
