A trial date has been set for a man after he denied an offence of dangerous driving.
John McKeown, 49, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Thursday (July 11) where he entered the plea.
McKeown, of Lancaster Drive, Padiham, did however plead guilty to driving whilst disqualified.
It is alleged McKeown drove a Volkswagen Golf dangerously in Manchester Road, Hapton, in March.
A trial was set for September 4, 2025, and is expected to last two days.
His next appearance in court will be on July 10, 2025, for a pre-trial review.
He remains on unconditional bail.
