A man will stand trial next year after denying he failed to comply with his sex offender notification requirements.
Adrian Wilson, 39, pleaded not guilty to three counts at Preston Crown Court on Tuesday (July 9).
It is alleged that Wilson failed to inform police that he had resided in a house or private place for more than 12 hours with a person under 18; that he failed to inform police of a name change, which can also be an online name; and that he did not inform the police of a bank account change.
Wilson, of Brook Street, Rishton, was released on unconditional bail ahead of a trial date set for April 14, 2025.
The trial is expected to last three days.
