The Eid in the Park festival returns to Corporation Park this weekend.
The annual event is hoping for a bumper crowd following the recent warm weather.
The festival will take place opposite the conservatory just off West Park Road.
Volunteers will be on hand to assist with traffic marshalling and on hand to assist visitors.
A spokesperson said: “After some really bad weather in recent years it is great that the sun will be out.
“There will be a funfair, food and stalls across both days.
“We would like to welcome people from across the town and it is wonderful we have families from all backgrounds and cultures attending.”
