A fire broke out at a derelict building fire in Barnoldswick last night, Saturday.
Four fire engines from Nelson, Burnley and Colne were sent to a blaze at a site on Hollins Road at 8.22pm.
The property is believed to be a former gospel church.
Crews wore breathing apparatus and used three hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
The fire service asked residents to stay indoors and avoid the area as they dealt with the fire.
No injuries have been reported and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
A spokesperson from the service said: "At 8.22pm on Saturday, June 15, four fire engines from Nelson, Burnley and Colne [were] in attendance at a derelict building fire on Hollins Road, Barnoldswick.
"Firefighters [wore] breathing apparatus and [used] three hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
"We [asked] residents to stay indoors and avoid the area."
