Police have launched an appeal to trace a 40-year-old wanted for recall to prison.
Michael Marsden, is wanted for driving whilst disqualified, and for making off without payment.
He is 5'11" in height, has a tattoo around his neck, and arm tattoos including a heart with Mick and Zara written on it.
Marsden has connections to Blackburn and Warrington.
