Find the golden ticket at Blackpool Hobbycraft this weekend

The new store in Blackpool officially opened its doors on Tuesday (June 4) while the grand opening celebrations will be taking place this Saturday (June 8).

During these celebrations, customers will be able to enjoy a selection of product offers, free live craft demonstrations and workshops, and goody bags for the first 100 customers from 9am.

Prior to Saturday’s grand opening, store manager Fiona Grayson will be hiding a golden ticket somewhere in the store for one lucky customer to win throughout the day.

The winner will be rewarded with a free Snazaroo bundle worth up to £50, filled with brush pens, face paint pots, sponges, palette kits, and more.

Whoever finds the ticket will simply need to present it to a colleague at the front till, who will then hand over the colourful bundle.

Families hoping to brighten up their Saturday can make the most of Snazaroo’s free face painting stand, which will be in store between 9am and 1pm on the day, whilst eager crafters will also be able to attend a free Decopatch workshop on June 15.

In addition, on Sunday, June 30, a Bob Ross demonstration will be taking place.

The new store will provide customers with a dedicated sewing area, offering a wide range of patterns, fabrics, and trimmings, plus an extended range of sewing machines that customers can test-drive before purchasing, as well as a dedicated space which introduces customers to the world of digital crafting.

Hobbycraft Blackpool has created nine new jobs in the local community, who will form a dedicated team on hand to help customers with craft advice and a friendly service seven days a week.

The store is at the Blackpool Retail Park in Squires Gate Lane.
