Two women and a man are to stand trial next year accused of drug offences.

Rebecca Smalley, 37, and Hannah Farrow, 29, both of Burnley, appeared at Burnley Crown Court on Tuesday (June 4) alongside David Green, 40, for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

The alleged offences occurred in July last year in Burnley.

Smalley, of Tedder Avenue, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.

She entered not guilty pleas to possession with intent to supply the same drugs.

Farrow, of Middlesex Avenue, pleaded not guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.

Green, whose last given address is HMP Holme House in County Durham, pleaded not guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.

The trio will next appear in court on January 6, 2025 for a pre-trial review.

A trial date was set for March 3, 2025.
