A dinosaur invasion will take place at a popular inflatable park this weekend.

Open Air Bounce, just off the M61 near Bolton, welcomes families from across Lancashire looking for weekend and school holiday fun.

This Sunday, June 9, will see extra dinosaur-themed activities at the 11am and 2.30pm sessions - at no extra cost.

Promising to be an amazing event, there will be a dinosaur puppet show, a meet the dinosaurs show and a dinosaur walkabout.

Open Air Bounce is open all this week for those children still on half-term holidays, with two sessions a day. It will then be open every weekend until the summer holidays.

Owner Leighton Mills said: "We're praying that the weather stays nice, at least just dry for us so we can make up for all the days that we have lost at Easter and at June half term. It's been a bit of a bad start weather-wise for us so it was nice to get open on Friday just gone.

"We had a really good weekend with a lot of good feedback.

"We know we're the place to be when the weather is dry. We're looking forward to this week and especially Sunday with the dinosaur invasion.

"It's a brilliant day for the kids, they love it. They walk around and do puppet shows and walkabouts with the dinosaurs.

"We welcome families from all across the North West, with many from Lancashire, so come and pay us a visit!"
