The Red Arrows have revealed their 2024 events schedule and they’re heading to Lancashire this year.
They will begin their 2024 display schedule abroad in May, with the first performance set to take place in Greece.
Following that, they will embark on a run of UK-based displays travelling around the nations for many high-profile events.
During late August and early September, they will conduct many performances in Canada before the end of the season finale at Duxford.
When and where will the Red Arrows be performing in Lancashire?
The Red Arrows will perform a display at Blackpool Air Show on August 10 and 11.
It’s important to note that the dates and locations of the displays could change while more events could be added in the future.
Each year, the displays attract big crowds and there are lots of opportunities to see the Red Arrows in the UK this year, including the Midlands Air Festival, RAF Cosford Air Show, F1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone and more.
A full list of where the Red Arrows will be performing in 2024 can be found on the RAF website here.

What to expect from a Red Arrows display
The Red Arrows aerobatic display changes each year, according to their website, but there are three types the team leader can elect to fly – full, rolling or flat.
A display is split into two halves - the first half consists of synchronised, formation aerobatics, followed by a more dynamic second half.
Manoeuvres which featured in 2023 shows included the Vixen Break, Tornado and Reds 6 Through 9 pass (examples of which can be seen on the Red Arrows website).
