A man from Blackburn has been charged, after alleged thefts were reported in the Ribble Valley at the weekend.
A number of theft from vehicles and vehicle interferences were reported in the Barrow area on Saturday night (March 2).
Bernard Rawstron, of Leach Street, Blackburn, has been charged and remanded to court.
Officers have urged motorists to ensure their vehicles are locked.
A police spokesperson said: “Following a number of alleged theft from vehicles and vehicle interferences in the Barrow area on Saturday night Bernard Rawstron has been charged and remanded to court.
““Please try and make it harder [for potential thieves to target your vehicle] and make checking your vehicle's locked as much part of your nightly routine.”
