Police have charged a man after a woman and three police officers were assaulted in Preston.
Officers were called to Muncaster Road, Deepdale, at 11.32am yesterday (Tuesday) to a report that a woman had been assaulted. While making an arrest, three officers were assaulted.
Bailey Wright, 22, of Woodfield, Clayton Brook, has been charged with four offences of assault causing actual bodily harm.
Wright was remanded to appear before Preston Magistrates Court today (Wednesday).
