A woman from East Lancashire has pleaded not guilty to assault by actual bodily harm.
Beth Forrest, 44, of Griffin Close, Burnley, pleaded not guilty to assault by actual bodily harm yesterday (Tuesday, March 5).
Burnley Magistrates Court, acting as Burnley Crown Court, heard the alleged offence occurred on Saturday, 12, November, 2022.
Judge Sara Dodd announced that Forrest's trial date is set for Wednesday, November 20, over two years since the alleged offence.
Forrest is currently on unconditional bail until the trial.
