A man and a woman have pleaded not guilty to indecently assaulting a child under 14 years old in Clitheroe.
Ian Coles, 65, who now lives in the Netherlands, and Linda Davidson, 64, who now lives in France, both pleaded not guilty to indecently assaulting a child under 14 years old in Clitheroe.
Other charges they also pleaded not guilty to include indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16 years and the aiding/abetting the rape of a female under 16 years of age.
Burnley Crown Court heard Coles is also charged with rape of a female under 16 years old, of which he pleaded not guilty.
Their trial date is set for April 23, 2025, and is planned to take six to seven days.
The couple were released on unconditional bail.
