A Brierfield man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a child under 16.
Israr Chughtai, 37, of Clegg Street, Brierfield, Nelson, pleaded guilty to a sexual act with a child that occurred on Sunday, November 11 2023.
Burnley Crown Court heard Chughtai will be sentenced on Friday, May 24 2024.
Judge Sara Dodd also added Chughtai's name to the safe guarding authorities.
