A man is to stand trial later this year after denying charges of sexual assault and intimidation.
Thomas Oliver, 41, pleaded not guilty to the charges during a hearing at Burnley Crown Court.
Oliver, of Colne Road, Brierfield, did however plead guilty to a count of damaging property.
The sexual assault is alleged to have happened on January 30, while the intimidation is alleged to have happened between January 29 and February 1.
Judge Guy Mathieson set a bail application date of March 7 and a trial date of August 1.
