A couple have been arrested after train passengers reported them for 'outraging public decency' between Blackburn and Preston.
Around 5pm on Tuesday, February 20, passengers and a train guard reported witnessing a couple 'behaving inappropriately' in the carriage.
A 35-year old male and a 36-year old female have been arrested by the British Transport Police.
A spokesperson for the British Transport Police Lancashire said: "A 35-year old male and a 36-year old female were arrested after passengers and the train guard reported witnessing the pair behaving inappropriately in the carriage of a train between Blackburn and Preston.
"Enquiries [are] ongoing into an offence of outraging public decency."
