Two men have been charged after police found a substantial cannabis grow in Chorley.

Officers were called to a property on Moor Road on Tuesday, February 13, following reports of suspicious circumstances.

When officers entered the address, they discovered around 150 mature cannabis plants. There was also evidence that the electricity had been bypassed.

Two 22-year-old men from Chorley were arrested and, following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, George Mbliamptis, 22, of Moor Road, Chorley and Valentine Kosi, 22 of Moor Road Chorley have both been charged with production of cannabis and will appear before magistrates this morning (February 15).
