Fire crews from Blackburn and Darwen put out a blaze at a house and car fire in two separate incidents.
Just after 12pm today, three fire engines from Blackburn, Darwen and Hyndburn attended a house fire on Clinton Street, Blackburn.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel, a ventilation unit, a triple extension ladder and a gas monitor to extinguish the fire.
Crews remain in attendance at the incident near to Daisyfield Primary School.
In a separate incident, at 11.22am this morning (Wednesday 10 January) on Limbrick, at the bottom of Shear Brow, emergency teams put out a vehicle fire.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for 30 minutes.
