The police was called to Burnley after items were stolen from a van.
Officers were called to Coal Clough Lane in the early hours of Sunday morning (January 7), after reports of offenders trying car doors.
A van window was smashed and items were taken.
Anyone with information has been asked to get in touch.
A police spokesperson said: “Please can I make you aware that we have had two reports of vehicle crime on Coal Clough Lane. These reports include offender(s) trying a car door and smashing a window on a van and taking items from within the vehicle.
“The incidents occurred in the early hours on Sunday January 7. If you have seen anything suspicious in the area or can check CCTV/ Ring doorbell footage and reply to this email with any footage.
“Please remove any items of value from within the vehicle and double check your vehicle is locked. Any suspicious activity please contact 101 non-emergency or 999 in an emergency.”
