A number of planning applications have been submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Council in recent weeks.
These include the construction of six storage units on vacant land off Whitebirk Road and work being undertaken at Blackburn College.
There are also changed to housing plans, building conversions, and other changes to properties around the borough.
