New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 15 of Blackburn with Darwen’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated 13 venues a five out of five hygiene rating, one a four out of five and one a three rating.
Accrington Road, Blackburn, was awarded a five after inspection on December 7.

Number 1 Coffee Shop in Bolton Road, Darwen, received a five after inspection on November 28.

The Vault/East Lancashire Foods Ltd, in Borough Road, Darwen, was rated a five on November 24.

Bangor Street Cafe, in Norwich Street, Blackburn, was rated a five on November 22 with the inspection report stating it is good in all areas.
Station Hotel in Preston Old Road, Blackburn, received a five after inspection on November 27.

AJK Fish & Chips, in Johnston Street, Blackburn, was rated a five on December 11 and has been rated good in all areas.
Santa's, in Bolton Road, Blackburn was rated a five after inspection on December 8.
The inspection report states the eatery is very good in all areas.
New Dragon, in Accrington Road, Blackburn was rated a five out of five after inspection on November 22.
The inspection report states the eatery is good in all areas.
Akash Restaurant in Duckworth Street, Darwen, also received a five after inspection on September 9.

Turton Tower Woodland Cafe, in Chapeltown Road, Edgworth, was rated a five after inspection on August 23.

Stiks UK at Stables Business Centre, Blackburn, was rated a five out of five after inspection on December 12.
The report states the eatery is very good in all areas.
Finally, Cugini Pizza Ltd in Bolton Road, Edgworth, was rated a five out of five after inspection on December 5.
The eatery report states the eatery is good in all areas.
A Blackburn with Darwen takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
B's Burgers & Shakes, in Oswald Street, Blackburn, received the rating on November 7.

Another Blackburn with Darwen takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Freddy's Chicken, in Whalley Banks, Blackburn was given the score after assessment on November 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
