An estate agent says she is “overjoyed and deeply honoured” to win an award recognising her as amongst the best in the country.
Blackburn based Julie Mayet, owner of Mayets Sales & Lettings on London Road, was presented with the Gold Awards for Sales and Lettings at the EA Masters Awards ceremony held at The Evolution in London.
The accolade means that out of thousands, her company now stands amongst the top five per cent in the country.
Ms Mayet said: “I am overjoyed and deeply honoured to be recognised as a top 5 per cent agent in the country.
“This achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication and tireless efforts of my team at Mayets Sales & Lettings.
“We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.”
Ms Mayet says she now hopes to advocate for female empowerment and aims to inspire and uplift other women in the industry.
She says that as a successful businesswoman herself, she understands the importance of breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for women in the traditionally male-dominated field of estate agency.
Ms Mayet said: "Working seven days a week, I am determined to not only excel in my own career but also empower other women to pursue their dreams fearlessly.
"I firmly believe that when women support and uplift each other, we can achieve remarkable things."
