A driver has been arrested for having no insurance and on suspicion of drink driving.
Police stopped the blue Toyota Corolla in Preston on the morning of Sunday, November 26.
The vehicle also had poor and unsafe quality tyres.
The car was later seized and the driver was charged with all offences.
"The driver had also had a few drinks and had a tyre showing cord.
"Driver arrested over drink driving and car seized.
"The driver later provided over legal limit and was charged with all offences."
