One thousand Blackburn Rovers supporters got into the Christmas spirit at Ewood Park.
The stadium was turned into a winter wonderland, featuring a star-studded line-up who turned on the club’s Christmas tree lights.
Dom Hyam, James Hill, Scott Wharton, Ryan Hedges and Sondre Tronstad spent time signing autographs and posing for photos with fans. The players were joined for the big switch-on by club mascot Rover the Dog and Santa Claus.
The cast of Blackburn pantomime Beauty and the Beast, local musician Jacob Reddy and the Salvation Army band were also on hand to keep the busy FanZone area entertained.
'Ewood Sparkle' is the first of a number of family-friendly festive activities taking place at the stadium over the coming weeks, including our Breakfast with Santa Stadium Tours on Saturday (December 2) and the OneRovers and Children’s Christmas Parties on Tuesday December 6.
