Police have arrested a 28 year old man following a drug warrant in Burnley.
Officers said a substantial amount of drugs, along with cash that was believed to be counterfeit, was recovered from the address on Kyan Street, yesterday (Wednesday, November 15).
Several thousands pounds in suspected fake cash was seized.
A representative from Lancashire Police said: "This morning officers from the Burnley Taskforce have executed a drugs warrant in the Kyan Street area of Burnley.
"Officers located a substantial amount of drugs, several thousand pounds in cash and suspected counterfeit notes.
"A 28 year old male was arrested and has been interviewed by the team.
"We will continue to listen to the public and drive our targeted activity around what really matters most to our communities."
