New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Burnley’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it is good news for them all.
Examining the hygienic food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated three eateries five out of five hygiene ratings.
Heavenly Desserts at Unit 6, Pioneer Place, Curzon Street, Burnley, was rated top marks after inspection on October 16.
The inspection report states the management of food safety is very good whilst the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the hygienic food handling are both good.

Bridgeys Kitchen at 102 St Matthew Street, Burnley, was also rated a five after an inspection on October 12.
The inspection report states the eatery is good in all areas.
Finally, Kebab Marmaris at 144a Burnley Road, Briercliffe, Lancashire, was rated a five on October 20.
