New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 31 of Blackburn with Darwen’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Examining food handling, the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety, inspectors have rated 26 eateries a five out of five hygiene rating, one venue a four out of five, two a score of three, one eatery a two rating, and one eatery a one out of five.
