A well-known face amongst customers and an integral part of the team, Karen has played a crucial role in helping to open the Great Harwood store in 2010, followed by assisting with the pilot Project Fresh works in 2014.
Reflecting on her time at Aldi, Karen said: “Aldi stores have changed a lot over the last 30 years, growing into a modern supermarket that delivers great service and products to its customers, but the focus has always been to keep the costs low.”
When asked what the one Aldi product she could not live without was, she said: “My dessert of choice is the whipped Greek style yoghurt – they are absolutely delicious!”
