The new owners of a Pleasington pub have confirmed when they will be opening the doors to customers.
The Butlers Arms in Victoria Road, Pleasington is reopening on Monday, October 23, after calling last orders in November 2021.
Former landlord Michael Hales left the pub due to the effects of the pandemic and soaring costs as the primary reasons.
The new licensees Julie Panaro and George Catterall have been working hard to renovate the space, including installing a new kitchen, as well as creating a new menu.
The pair have a breadth of hospitality industry experience and run The Hospital Inn at Bamber Bridge.
They are looking forward to bringing their passion for food and drink to The Butlers Arms.
The pub is known for its home-cooked British food and cask ales and Julie and George have aimed to “restore it to its former glory”.
They are looking forward to welcoming guests and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where people can come to enjoy a delicious meal and a drink with friends and family.
The pub is also hiring for a new head chef, trainee chef and front of house staff, for when doors open next Monday.
