It’s not New York but there is something quite atmospheric of this picture of a Blackburn skyline taken in the summer of 1967.
It shows the Queen’s Park flats photographed from Old Bank Lane with the lights of the town behind them.
Here's a real challenge. Can you identify either of the two mills in the background? You can just make out their chimneys. Also, any idea of the main roads you can see with their street lights illuminated? Leave a comment if you recognise anything
