Finch Bakery’s new counter opened in Selfridges in the Trafford Centre yesterday.
The Instagram famous bakery chain had its first day set up in the luxury department store in Manchester on Monday (July 31).
The owners Lauren Sinclair and Rachel Finch originally set up their business from home before opening up a shop in Great Harwood in 2016.
Since then, they’ve sold their delicious baked treats in different towns and cities across the country.
Their latest venture to the Trafford Centre was met with excitement from their fans on social media when they announced the news.
The counter is fully stocked with favourites like blondies, brownies, cookies and cream pies, golden caramel cakes, and school sponge cakes.
One happy fan said: “OMG Yes!!!! Best news this year. Can't wait to taste after seeing all your posts.”
Another one said: “This news has made my day. I absolutely love the jammy dodger blondies but I don’t live in Lancashire but this is going to be bad news for my bank account.”
The twins’ second book Finch Bakery Disco Bakes and Party Cakes is officially being released on August 3 however it's already on the shelves in Selfridges.
The book contains 75 decorated party cakes and bakes and is described as “an unashamed celebration of sugar, with a generous selection of showstopping sweet treats made for those extra special occasions.”
