The owners of a popular Blackburn based restaurant have launched a second branch on a busy Bolton road.
The family run Jaan's Restaurant welcomed their first customers to their new home on the corner of Blackburn Road and Waters Meeting Road recently.
The opening came after the success of Jaan's in Blackburn, which is based on Charlotte Street off Victoria Street.
At their official opening for family and friends, the Mayor of Bolton, Cllr Mohammed Ayub was on hand to cut the ribbon.
The restaurant, which will seat 150 people, is co-run by brothers Saadullah and Hamdullah Waseem, who also run the Jaan's restaurant in Blackburn.
It will serve Asian curries, pizzas, barbecue food, burgers, steaks and grills.
Fahdullah Waseem, who will also be co-running the restaurant, said: "We are very happy to be opening. Hopefully it will be busy.
"It is a very big, massive, step. We are very happy. And we want to expand even more after Bolton, such as London after this.
