A man with a dice tattoo on his back is missing from home.

Police say they are concerned for the welfare of missing Daniel Swain who was last seen at his home in Whitworth at 4pm on Saturday.

He was believed to be wearing green work overalls and a green backpack.

Daniel is around 5ft 7in tall and has a tattoo on his back which includes a dice and a scroll.

He also could have a bandage on his left arm.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "This is Daniel Swain. He's currently missing from home and we’re really concerned for his welfare, so are now asking the public for help.

"Daniel was last seen at his home in Whitworth at 4pm on July 15.

"When he was last seen, he was wearing green work overalls and a green backpack.

"He is described as 5ft 7in, of slim build, with short mousy brown hair.

"He is a white male with blue eyes and a tattoo on his back which includes dice and a scroll. He is also believed to have a bandage on his left arm.

"If you have any information that could help us find Daniel, please contact us on 101, or 999 in the event of an immediate sighting, quoting log 899 of July 16."
