The 'UK’s best' The Smiths tribute act is returning to East Lancashire.

After many sold out shows at the venue, The Smiths Ltd return to the stage at Rossendale’s St Mary’s Chambers for a night dedicated to one of Manchester's most loved bands.

The Smiths Ltd formed in Manchester, the hometown of The Smiths.

After an extensive search to find the perfect Morrissey, the band played their first gig in Manchester to an audience of avid Smiths fans, and the tribute group now play at venues and festivals all over the UK.

A spokesperson for St Mary’s Chambers said: “If you never saw The Smiths then this is your chance to experience the thrill of those great songs played live.

"If you were lucky enough to see them the first time around then prepare to relive that excitement again.

“Committed to creating the same energy that Morrissey, Johnny Marr, the late Andy Rourke and Mike Joyce had onstage together, and with authenticity and a provenance that’s hard to beat, The Smiths Ltd are the ultimate tribute.”

The Smiths Ltd will be performing on Saturday, June 24.

The venue has four VIP booths available for the show, which are situated on a private balcony overlooking the stage for an exclusive experience.

Doors are at 7pm and support is due to start at 8pm.
