A Lancashire town has been named among the best place to raise a child in England.
CIA Landlords Insurance ranked the best places to raise a child in England based on a number of factors, including the number and quality of schools available, average rent prices and the average cost of preschools.
The research found Blackpool to be the eighth best place to raise a child in England.
The town's 44 schools have a ratio of 596 children per school and 86% of these schools are classed as either good or outstanding.
Renting a three-bedroom outside of the centre in Blackpool costs £696.67 on average and monthly preschool prices average £666.67 per child.
CIA Landlords Insurance shared the top 10 list of places found to be among the best to raise a child in England with Sunderland coming in second place and Kingston upon Hull ranking third.

The research also listed 5 of the worst places in England to raise a child with Portsmouth and London being named in the list.
The five worst places are Portsmouth, London, Dudley, Bristol and Southend-on-Sea according to the research.
