AS we are enjoying some fine warmer weather, where better to go and enjoy it that a local pub.
We have headed to the Ribble Valley to find out more about a Clitheroe pub which enjoys charming walks and great views in the countryside.

Tell us some history of the pub?
I took over in November what I've done is introduced live music also put up and outdoor marquee where I can do private events hog roast etc. I dry age and chargrill my steaks and make homemade pizzas!
I love the area exactly where we are as it's a lovely country pub next to the Edisford river where I've been told that it gets very busy so that can attract thirsty diners.
Is food served? Is so what's on the menu?
Yes, we are famous for our dry ageing process tomahawks mixed grill,homemade pizza and famous Sunday roast

Yes, we have a fabulous garden with a marque
