Update: The road has now reopened
A road in Edenfield remains closed after a crash last night, Saturday.
Police were called to Blackburn Road shortly after 7.30pm following the crash.
The road was closed from the Woolpack Pub junction at Haslingden following the incident.
A police spokesperson said: "We're currently at the scene of a road closure on Blackburn Road, Edenfield.
"This is closed from the Woolpack Pub junction at Haslingden.
"The road is closed due to a road traffic collision and we anticipate this will be closed for a number of hours.
"We'll provide an update once cleared and thank you in advance for your patience."
