Reality TV star Olivia Attwood says she is ‘sick to her stomach’ after a £1,000 camera, that was ordered on Amazon, never arrived.
Olivia, who is engaged to Blackburn Rovers’ player Bradley Dack, is concerned an Amazon delivery driver may have stolen it.
Amazon has apologised for the incident and says it is investigating what has gone on.
Posting to her two million Instagram followers, Olivia said an empty box was left on her doorstep, and that Amazon’s customer service representatives were 'not helpful'.
She said: “Not an Amazon delivery driver dropping an empty box on my doorstep that was meant to have a £1,000 camera in.
“[The Amazon] helpline ‘can’t do anything’.
“Luckily I [have the] driver’s face and plate number on my CCTV which I will share next.
“Actually feel sick to my stomach that I have worked with this brand and they have drivers stealing from customers in broad daylight and the answer from customer service is ‘tough s***’. Vile.”
A spokesperson for Amazon said it is investigating the incident and said: “We’re sorry that this customer experience has fallen short of the high standards that we expect.”
It’s not the first time former Love Island contestant Olivia has taken to social media about her 'stolen' belongings.
In 2022, Bradley and Olivia issued a plea after their Range Rover was stolen from their Cheshire home.
They praised the “power of social media” after the vehicle was returned to them the following day.
It comes as Blackburn Rovers have until May 27 to submit their retained list to the English Football League (EFL) and Bradley Dack’s contract is set to expire at the end of this season.
Rovers do have the option to extend by 12 months should they wish.
Were that to be activated however, it would be on the terms of his current deal.
It means the decisions over both Daniel Ayala and Dack are set to be the main headlines from the retained list, as the departure of star striker Ben Brereton-Diaz has already been confirmed by the club.
