Officers from the town's neighbourhood policing team were able to stop and seize one vehicle under the road traffic act. The rider was reported and will attend court for the offences.
A police spokesperson said: "After reports of off-road and electric bikes riding around Burnley along with through the town centre, we have made nuisance off-road bikes one of our main priorities.
