The Met Office have confirmed their weather forecast predictions for the King's coronation this weekend.
With just days away until the big day on Saturday, May 6, details of what conditions to expect have become clearer.
The Met Office share that although much of the country has seen a sunny and mostly dry start to the week, the weekend is expected to take a turn.
Thursday is a turning day for good weather, as 'unsettled' conditions of rain and wind move across the UK.
Friday is expected to continue the heavy rain but with little wind and lots of sunshine, with showers affecting all of the UK.

Met Office confirms wet conditions for Kings Coronation
The weather forecaster shared that Saturday, the day of the coronation, will face showers throughout but they are not expected to impact all of the UK.
Met Office Deputy Chief Forecaster, Steven Keates, explained: “On Saturday we will see showers developing from late morning in some central, eastern and northern areas, but also with some sunny spells through the day.
"At this stage it looks like London could avoid the showers in the morning before some develop through the afternoon.
"Heavier rain is expected to move into the southwest of the UK and heavy showers are likely for parts of Northern Ireland.
"Winds will remain light away from the far north where gusty winds will begin to ease. Highs of 20°C are possible in London in any sunshine, with mid to high teens possible elsewhere.”
Looking towards the bank holiday on Monday May 8, the Met Office shared that current weather conditions are still uncertain.
