Finch Bakery is set to open a pop-up stall outside Blackburn Rovers football stadium today (May 1).
The Instagram famous bakery, owned by Lauren Sinclair and Rachel Finch, will be at Ewood Park when Blackburn Rovers play Luton Town.
The pop-up stall will be open from 3.30pm and will be located at the Blackburn End of the stadium.
A spokesperson for the bakery asked fans and customers to visit the hut if they want to see it become a permanent fixture at the stadium.
A spokesperson said: “Exciting news pending. Can anyone guess where our next pop-up next Monday is?
“We will be at Ewood Park this Monday for the final Rovers home game of the season!
“Come see us from 3.30pm at the Blackburn End entrance in our new hut.
“Please come visit if you want to see us as a permanent fixture at Ewood Park and petition to paint it pink please.
“Exciting times ahead.”
Since making the announcement dozens of customers have expressed their excitement.
One person said: “Best thing about Ewood Park.”
“Their cakes are amazing,” said another.
A third tagged a friend and said: “Instead of buying me a takeaway when you boys go, you can bring me a Finch Bakery back.”
Finch Bakery is based in The Mall in Blackburn and on Queen Street in Great Harwood, and is known for its delicious sweet treats.
Cake jars, blondies and brownies are just some items that have featured on the menu.
The twins launched a bestselling recipe book in 2021.
The book 'Finch Bakery: Sweet and Simple Homemade Treats and Showstopper Celebration Cakes', which has been published by DK Publishing, includes 75 recipes for some of their most popular bakes.
