The body of a man who was found dead in Longridge Fell has now been identified.
The man’s body was found in woodland, just off Birdy Brow, earlier on Sunday April 9.
Since then police have launched appeals in an attempt to find out who he was.
Now his identity is known, police are trying to get in touch with his next of kin.
The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
